Service was extremely bad, the girl at the counter was telling us to hurry up and order and getting annoyed that we were still deciding. Never going there again and do not recommend to anyone.

I am usually at Rusti Fig twice a day during the week & once a day on weekends. Great choice of healthy foods. The staff are always welcoming & provide a warm atmosphere. Service is always prompt. Leticia who manages makes a great coffee every time. She has a vibrant, bubbly personality & I believe, the customers return regularly due to her positive personality. It’s almost the feel of a social club more than a cafe/deli.

Charming little cafe with cute vibes. Cozy spot, but tiny - best for 1-2 people. Staff are friendly.

Excellent food and great coffee and it's great to support our local cafe's! The brekkie rolls are very delicious! However this morning made me seriously consider never returning again. It was the most unwelcoming customer experience. This morning the young lady who took our order (South American, I think) did not greet us at all. I actually was the one who first said "hello, how are you?" Her rudeness distracted me so I lost my train of thought when ordering which clearly annoyed her. There was zero friendliness during the whole interaction and she made us feel like we were more of an annoyance than a welcomed customer. I saw a previous review from someone who also had a similar experience with this staff member. I appreciate and respect cultural differences, however good customer service is universal no matter where you are in the world. Saying hello and being friendly and saying thank you is not culturally bound. It's just being a nice human being. As a consumer I have a choice to spend my hard earned cash where there is great food and most importantly a welcoming atmosphere. You have the great food covered, now just the customer service and then I'm sure we will be back!

If you're a fan of well-brewed coffee, this shop is a must-visit. Their hot coffee and iced coffee options are consistently top-notch, offering a perfect balance of flavor and strength every time. The place is always buzzing with energy, which speaks to the quality and popularity of their offerings. Despite the crowds, the shop is always well-maintained, and the staff does an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly. It's a great spot to grab a quick cup or spend some time if you're in the area. Highly recommend!
