I really enjoy the coffee at this café, but I’ve had consistently uncomfortable experiences with one of the staff members. This is now the fifth time I’ve been served by the older woman with an Asian appearance, and each visit has left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. Today, I simply asked whether the cookies had chocolate inside or only on top. Instead of answering, she stared at me and told me to read the tiny sticker with ingredients. I couldn’t see it clearly, so I politely asked her to explain. She refused to respond, ignored me completely, and acted as if I wasn’t even standing there. She gave full energy and a friendly greeting to another customer while I was still waiting for an answer. It was embarrassing, especially in front of my partner, and completely unnecessary. This wasn’t a one-off moment either. Every time I’ve been served by her, the attitude has been the same. Even asking for a little lactose free milk has been met with irritation. It’s disappointing because the coffee is great, but the customer service from this particular staff member is consistently rude and makes the whole experience unpleasant. I hope management addresses this, because the café itself deserves better.

Do not get bacon and egg roll, so dry. Asked what sauce I wanted but honestly, I didn’t taste any of it or see it. The coffee is amazing, I’d only go for the coffee. Staff are pretty bland too.

The ladies are absolute gems; the baristas know how to make an excellent long black, my haunt 4 times a week for a reason on my daily travels. They remember their customer orders, no attitude unlike some other coffee shops. Omelette is pretty decent, fresh juices and blends are recommended! 5 stars for their prices and service!
