I ordered a small cappuccino and noticed on the screen as I was paying, an 80c charge for lactose free milk that I did not order. The coffee was extremely sweet (maybe because it was lactose free milk?), like it had condensed milk in it or something and a couple of clumps of powder (maybe chocolate powder?). Also scanned their "forgiveness" qr code while waiting and got some pretty uncomfortable vibes reading their messaging.
