Lovely dog friendly beach. Toilets near car park. Good place for families with a calm lagoon up one end & gentle waves for fun
One of the best dog beaches I’ve been to in NSW. Great swimming beach while we were there, fairly calm waters.
Always love my visits to Washerwomans, having a swim and a walk along the beach. Sometimes you can catch the dolphins out the back or seals around the rocks.
Washerwomans Beach was OK. Lots of seaweed, and the day I went it was very windy. Waves were damning and I could barely keep myself up. There are definitely better beaches that you can go to instead. If you want, you can check it out but I probably wouldn’t go back. The water is pretty but similar to other beaches nearby. I do like though how there’s bathrooms and some benches nearby.
