I didn't plan to go here. I have never encountered this particular chain before. Why do so many chains give a wide berth to Sutherland Shire? Anyway, I was going to get an ice cream at Lindt before I stumbled across this shop. I think places like Lindt are somewhat hyped and overpriced. Tried a mini mango cheesecake. Wow. Intense flavour, fluffy interior. Their chocolate ice cream is rich and leaning towards dark. I wasn't expecting much but the quality was very good for the price. I had to rate the service a bit low because it looked like only one person was working in the shop and there were 4 other customers. I don't blame the employee, she was polite and trying to cover everything. As for atmosphere, it was a food court in Sydney, not a windswept mediaeval castle in Switzerland. Would be happy to return and try more stuff on the menu. And it wasn't smelly at all. Very clean environment.

The cheesecake was heavenly, the coffee smooth and rich, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. A perfect café experience!

Definitely not a ‘chocolate croissant’ as advertised. When ordering this I at least expect to get a chocolate filling. I have no idea what the centre filling was but it was gooey and disgusting. The rest of the croissant was unbelievably dry.
