Cafe Milligram Birkenhead Point is a cafe in Drummoyne with an outdoor area. Dog access isn't confirmed, but venues with an outdoor area are often dog friendly, so it may be worth checking. Just 100m away, Salton Reserve is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.

Lived the outdoor seating. But pricy but everything in this suburb is! The service would have 5 stars if it was table service but you need to scout a table and then go up to order. Yummy food and drinks though.

The staff were extremely rude and made us feel uncomfortable throughout our visit. Basic requests were handled poorly, and they couldn’t even tell the difference between plain white bread and white sourdough. For a café, this lack of knowledge and professionalism is unacceptable.

Absolutely boring menu, stale and tasteless food. Whoever created that menu is clueless about food seriously. With a beautiful location how can you get it so wrong !? And the girl who served us is absolutely absolutely absolutely CLUELESS about hospitality, customer service and food. She’s runing around confused and has no idea what she’s doing whatsoever. Absolutely horrible. Two simple meals !! And you got it all wrong !! Boring menu !! Hopless staff !! That’s probably one of the worst cafes I have ever visited. I definitely most definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAFE. Even my soy chai late was so watery !! What the hell

My friend took me here for coffee this afternoon. Not sure how the customer service at the counter was as my friend ordered the coffee for us, but the coffee was served promptly and it was nice. We both like the coffee (I love the green cup on the brown saucer as they look nice and the combination of colour is perfect) and loved the bay view. We came here around 3pm so couldn't order any food because the kitchen was closed as the cafe is nearly closed for the day. Will come back here next time to try the foods.
