Duck in Heaven Thirroul

Seriously unreal food! I am so impressed by the ingredients; one of the best duck experiences I've ever had! The young man at the bar was very friendly and approachable and provided excellent customer service! Will be recommending to my loved ones :)

Look the food was ok to good, service was great but oh my god it’s expensive for what you get. My wife and I had an entree and main 2 basic drinks each and it was $217. We never go out for dinner as we usually have our kids, so we’re probably are out of touch with how much things cost but we won’t be back and as locals that’s sad. The 15.6% surcharge for a weekend is crazy to me. I understand public holidays but this was a Saturday and when my main was $46 for a piece of fish that comes with no side at all, not even rice I think it’s a bit too much.

My wife and I went for dinner on a Monday night. Friendly staff. Good was great. The San choy bow has a good whack of chilli. Prawn dumplings really good. We shared a main of the pork belly and the fried rice with duck. They do cocktails too.

I had lunch here today with my husband and everything was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! The Best Peking duck I’ve ever had. The dumplings, homemade sauces and lobster spring rolls were all delicious. The service was on point and the place had a great atmosphere. We are very fussy people so when I say everything was perfect I mean EVERYTHING was perfect. We had some margaritas which were definitely made with love and the tequila was of the highest quality also. 10 out of 10 from us I highly recommend Duck in Heaven !

After 7 months travelling in The UK , Europe and the Far East- What can I say - Sunday only Yum Cha at Duck in Heaven Thirroul - right on my doorsteps. Yum Cha is excellent and is as good as ones gets in good Yum Cha establishments in Sydney and the only Yum Cha South of Hurstville. Happy Days Incredibly good hand crafted yum cha by Jeni and her team- the yum cha was top class quality and had good varieties- one needs to try them to appreciate the taste sensation. Service was fast and furious as the joint was packed albeit abit noisy. However the ambiance is terrific. Lou the bartender was outstanding. We had a seat at the bar as we had no prior booking- so it’s advisable to book ahead.
