I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews but I was SO disappointed today! I have been coming to lower east for the last year at least it was a Sunday thing for me and hubby! Under new ownership in the last several weeks I hoped the quality stayed the same. Unfortunately today’s chilli eggs was nothing like before, paying over $22 for LITT a handful of raw potatoe, two over done eggs, one lump of chilli and not even a full sausage! Not even a quarter of the quality we used to receive, such a shame!

Stopped by for a hot chocolate and their French Toast, and it was such a treat. The hot chocolate was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, just what you’d hope for to start the day. The French Toast was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious, with the right mix of sweetness and texture. A cosy spot to enjoy good food and great drinks. I’ll definitely be back.

Popped in for coffee yesterday to check it out - service was lovely and prompt, nice cosy atmosphere and coffee delicious, served in a thick ceramic cup that warms the hands perfectly! Went back this morning for breakfast because the menu looked great. It was very busy but service was still friendly and timely. Food was great value. The egg and mushroom muffin was delicious, made well with quality ingredients and the super bowl was impressively plentiful! My husband has high standards and he was impressed. Definitely coming back!
