The Lab Cafe & Desserts Camden

This is a nice clean modern place It was recommended to me for it's coffee which as you can see, they put a good amount of attention into it. There didn't seem to be an overwhelming variety in their menu which makes me think they focus on the coffee. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating here and it's always pleasant having a plant on the table, which are actually for sale as well. This is a good place for some time to yourself or if you want to catch up with someone.

Went in for a quick bite and ended up with a great experience. The natural light through the glass doors makes the space feel calm and uplifting. Service was top-notch! Rusty, Ella and Tina were warm and attentive. We tried the new salad Ella launched today. It was incredibly fresh, perfectly balanced and packed with flavour. We’ll definitely be back.

Not happy with the customer service provided on a Saturday afternoon. Weekend Surcharge applied on my 3 year olds car candy toy without even telling me. Also I was spoken to rudly when I ordered an iced latte. Specified I didnt want cream or ice cream in it, rudly replied latte's NEVER have cream or ice cream in it. There is no need to belittle your customers. Not returning!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at The Lab Café in Camden. Ella went above and beyond to understand exactly what I liked and delivered exceptional service with genuine care and attention. Scarlett served me beautifully and showcased her expertise with the ice cream selections, while Abbey and Laila were also fantastic and made the entire visit feel warm and welcoming. The team here clearly takes pride in what they do. Delicious treats, great atmosphere, and truly top-tier customer service. A five-star experience all the way. Highly recommended!!!

This was our first time visiting, and it was amazing! I’d like to thank the staff and owner for making my son’s birthday special. We loved the desserts, atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. This will be our go-to dessert spot when we’re in the area.
