What people say
I recently visited Tidz across the Park in Oatley, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The café has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a great view of the nearby park, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. I ordered a coffee and a bacon and egg roll (takeaway), and both were absolutely spot on. The coffee was well made, smooth, and full of flavour — clearly crafted with care. The bacon and egg roll was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, with perfectly cooked bacon and a soft roll that brought everything together. What I also really appreciated were the fair prices, great quality food and coffee without breaking the bank. The portion sizes were generous, and the service was friendly and quick, even though the café was quite busy. It’s easy to see why locals love this place. Tidz across the Park is one of those rare cafés that combine great coffee, fresh food, and good value in a relaxed and family-friendly setting. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast on the go or sitting down for a chat with friends, it’s definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone in the Oatley area.
Lovely little café with great coffee and friendly service—such a nice place to sit and enjoy the park views!
Outstanding customer service within a stone's throw of some of Sydney's beautiful bushland paradise. Coffee on the go before hitting the rail network or relaxing after a southern cycle around the wonderful Georges River. A must do😀🚴♂️🦘❤
I have given Tidz many opportunities and too often I am let down by the poor service and average food. Many times I have attended and walked off after 10-15 minutes waiting for anyone to acknowledge me and take even a drinks order! So disappointing. The positives are the home made cakes and assorted snacks on the counter. Just don’t order them if it’s one of the last couple of pieces as they are terrible by this stage. In my case I asked for lemon meringue pie and got the stale old slice while the whole new pie remained untouched. They serve Campos coffee which is good. Service doesn’t seem as bad when the owner is working. Not worth the gamble. Take away coffee will do. 2/5 stars.
My local coffee shop, where I pick up my takeaway coffee most morning. A cake and cookie wonderland with Lemon Meringue Pie being my personal favourite.. (but not for breakfast 😳) Right next to the station, great lunches and morning food and a bit of a village atmosphere.
