One of the best RSL clubs with nice ambience. Food choices are great and portion sizes are great too. I found the parking to be great and will definitely be back again. Membership is worth the value.
Located at 932 Pittwater Road, Dee Why, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 I would definitely recommend coming to this club. It’s beautifully designed and very easy to get around. We had a largish group of 26 people and we ate in the bistro which was conveniently located next to the Asian restaurant. This was great and allowed us to eat different cuisines and still sit together. I had the Kung Pao Chicken which came with rice (either steamed or fried rice) it cost me $32 which was reasonable. The bistro was great, you could see everything laid out, eg the roast Turkey, beef, pork and lamb with vegetables and other selections. It was very appealing. There’s also a great cafe with a wonderful selection of cakes and desserts available along with milkshakes, coffees and teas. It has a great outdoor seating area and an indoor one as well. You also can eat at Battery House which is like a sports restaurant. It’s designed beautifully. Along with this, there’s Aqua which is the Italian restaurant. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, not hesitating to help our group in any way. There’s good toilet facilities, including disabled toilets and parking facilities. I was greatly impressed with this club and look forward to returning. A BIG thumbs up!!! 👍👍👍
😢Usually a nice place but had a bad experience on the bistro… what about my plate? looks good hein? Yeah nah! full of bugs like thin ants… was disgusted and couldn’t have anything. The guy offered me a new food… I said: “no way”… and couldn’t think about asking forna refund… just left the place disgusted 🫣
This place has come a long way since the 80s when it was a single-level beer barn with bands every weekend. Now it’s a modern multi-storey venue, with a choice of dining options and options for shows and functions. Prices are still at RSL levels and food is filling and delicious. Worthwhile stopping by if you’re in the area.
The food was above my expectations. I always order a well done Steak and they did a perfect job in not drying it out or overcooking it. Hats off to the chef! The price was good for the value, the salads were also so crisp and fresh. Don't remember the last time I had such fresh lettuce in a salad. The dressing was also nice. Very big and pretty venue overall with multiple water features & a live fish tank!
