Station Hotel Parramatta

Wow just wow! My wife enjoyed Melbourne cup day with a group of ladies here & this is her review. We attended the Station Hotel on Melbourne Cup Day for their dedicated cup function. From the moment I walked in my first impression was full of excitement. It’s new & modern & clean. This hotel is disable friendly with an elevator immediately inside the entry way to go up to the restaurant. There are stairs ahead which lead to the upstairs area. Downstairs on the left there is a bar, with TAB facilities & a few tables which lead into the enclosed poker machine area. There is also a disabled toilet which was incredibly clean. Heading upstairs it was immediately noticeable that this hotel has put a lot of work into the design & layout of the bar, seating, kitchen & toilets. It is bright fresh & inviting with plenty of different seating options & the bar & bar service was impressive . There is also a back entry that goes out to the station carpark & an enclosed smoking area. The toilets were impeccably kept clean. This hotel has only been open for 5 months & the thoughtful design & colour scheme makes it flow perfectly. In the restaurant our group were immediately greeted by Andrew with a big smile & we were shown to our table, he thanked us for coming to the hotel & gave us an overview of the hotel & how the day would proceed. Shortly after we sat down, Ben appeared, he spoke about the hotel, its offerings & the special menu for cup day, we were also given a mystery box trifecta ticket each. He explained the inclusions & set off to get us our drinks for us. Shortly thereafter the first of the food started coming out, then another dish & another & another, it was so impressive. The food was carefully crafted, it was fresh & plated beautifully & was absolutely amazing, there was so much food for the 4 of us. Ben’s commitment to quality service was awesome & made our day very enjoyable. Our package included 2 hours of beers, wine & soft drinks & all of the food for $69pp. We also met Corey, the chef & we impressed upon him that he excelled in his craft & how we appreciated his food for its freshness. Shortly afterwards we received some deserts that the hotel was testing for its menu & although I didn’t try them (too full) the other girls did & reported they were very delicious. Throughout the day we were constantly checked on by Andrew & Ben to make sure everything was ok, the bar service was great, there were a couple of ladies working the bar who were super friendly, but we didn’t get their names, so a special shout out to them. One of the girls on our table won a hamper for coming second in best dressed competition. We were so impressed by the location, atmosphere, amazing food & service - we are booking 2 seperate Christmas functions with them. The location is so close to Westfield Parramatta, Parramatta train station & Parramatta Square. Parking is literally 50 metres away. Do yourself a favour & check it out, the main menu looks very exciting so if you want freshly cooked food you won’t be disappointed. Awesome place with the best happy hour deal around Parramatta. The one thing I love (and miss) are their beef brisket burger. If management reads this I'll change my rating to 5 if we get the brisket burger back.

Walked into the Station Hotel on a whim and WOW... I was greeted by Juvy who was simply sensational. Shaylea was behind the bar and the service was incredible. Maryam was taking care of our group at the table and I was super impressed with the level of service. I wouldn't normally leave a review but the team here are nothing short of fantastic. Fantastic pub, definitely worth dropping in. Food is great, drinks are reasonably priced and the service is interstellar...

Great pub bistro. I am working my way thru the menu. Wagyu Burger - Awesome! Pork Belly Roti Tacos are EXCELLENT. So tasty. Prawn Dumplings - Delicious! Salt & Pepper Calamari - Yummy. Barramundi Fish and Chips are OK. Rustic Chips are very good. Fish not so much. Fish very soft and mushy like frozen fish / not fresh.Bland taste.

Best steak lunch in parramatta! Have dined here on multiple occasions for lunch and dinner everything is great quality and value. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Today my husband went in with our toddler and the lovely lady even helped him pick up his food.
