Amazing Asian French fusion dishes with incredible flavours and beautifully presented dishes. The service was attentive and friendly, and the stunning city views made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommend!

The experience starts off on with complimentary starter. Cocktail was average but not surprising. Was initially intended to order wine instead though their per glass wine pricing is the same as cocktail… The starters both scallop tartlets and crab croquettes are quite tasty. We ordered 6 out of the 8 small plates, and 3 out of 6 dishes come with the very simple crackers, in fact stale as well. The crackers do not go along with some of the dishes, and it’s just an odd combination. The same scallop mixed used in the snacks and small plate dish as well, feels like having the same dishes twice. The pork belly is quite yummy, though it doesn’t really giving French x jap vibe with the sauce, more towards having a Chinese dish with spiced char Siu sauce instead. The Spanner crab bouillabaisse is again average but works out well for a rainy cold night. Overall nothing is remarkable, and you would have had similar dishes elsewhere which better flavour profile, combination, plating and pricing. Was quite disappointed, and felt not satisfied after the meal. Looking at the previous review, the food appears to be much better and more variety in the menu. Unsure if there is any change of chef/ owner/ or other staff. Suggest a refresh of the menu.

We had high expectations dining at Bellevue Woolloomooloo, especially after reading so many glowing reviews online. While the experience started strong, it unfortunately went downhill quickly. Entrees were the highlight – every dish we tried was beautifully presented and tasted great except for the zucchini flowers. The cheese inside gave an unpleasant flavour that overpowered everything else, making it difficult to enjoy. As for the mains, they were very underwhelming: • The pork belly was decent but nothing memorable – a solid 7/10. • The sea bass was unfortunately quite fishy and lacked balance – 6/10. • The most disappointing dish was the “Yellow Wine” Drunken Corn-Fed Chicken. It didn’t taste like chicken at all – bland, odd, and frankly inedible. We were shocked, especially given the positive reviews. This dish alone made us question the consistency of the kitchen. We ended with the cheesecake, which was just average – 5/10. Side notes : Signature cocktails were not recommended at all. It tastes bad. We also had to wait for 30 minutes for the cocktails. The entrees were even served before the cocktails ready. The venue itself is charming, and the service was polite, but the food, especially the mains, needs significant improvement to meet the expectations set by its reputation. Bellevue needs to reassess its main menu offerings if it wishes to deliver a consistently high-quality dining experience.

Not as good as expected, "Yellow wine" drunken corn-fed chicken was too dry and tasteless. Ordered four different signature cocktails were bitter, waited for 30mins for the that. Zucchini flower with goat cheese also taste like grass. This place requires more improvement. Definitely not recommending this restaurant, there are many better restaurants out there.
