Service here and atmosphere were great. Can’t rate the food but can rate 30% of the cocktail menu. The cocktail paddle is the best thing ever invented. Thank you for the staff for all your excitement when we ordered it!

The food quality was absolutely terrible to start off the beef ragu had no taste even with the sauce and it was so small in quantity I thought I ordered something from the kids meal and the most shocking thing is that it was 32$ .The chicken wing peices was as plain and had no flavour as well, the oyster was way to small and there was pieces of shells in the oyster meat. Then there is the vanilla milkshake it was plain it just tasted like milk. The ONLY good thing was the service we waited for a decent amount of time and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Worst Restaurant Ever The service from the woman working during the day was absolutely terrible. We sat down, and she told us to move to another spot because the table was dirty, but instead of wiping it, she was clearly bothered by the request. The burger bun was soggy, the patty was cold, the fries were improperly seasoned, and the meat was so tough and cold that it felt like chewing on a rubber band. I've been writing reviews my whole life, and this is the first time I've encountered a restaurant that is this bad and this expensive. Do not come here!

Doordash arrived early than expected and had food in warmer Food was dead cold same with gravy. Chips soggy and barely seasoned. Got no salad for 2 meals usually you’d get more chips or something. The meal that had the salad wasn’t even a handful. Can’t believe I paid $27 each for 3 of these and the gravy was an extra $3 each size smaller than an egg. Barely enough for 10 chips lol Snitty is actually good but once again, not hot. Can’t enjoy a meal when it’s cold. Chips suck and cold. Gravy cold. 1/3 things edible.. bought same meal from cresthaven takeaway for lunch through doordash was $18 twice this size and couldn’t fault it.. give me a R E F U N D

My partner and I recently visited the establishment for a romantic dinner. The cocktails and entrées were absolutely delicious, and the staff were warm, welcoming and very attentive . We don’t usually leave reviews, but we felt it was important to share some feedback in the hope that it leads to improvement. Unfortunately, our main meals really let the evening down. My partner ordered the $28 smash burger, which arrived cold with a patty that was burnt, dry, and completely lacking flavour — aside from the overpowering charred taste. The chips were also cold and unsalted. Sadly, it was the worst burger either of us has ever had, and we weren’t able to finish the meal. We understand gluten-free meals often come at a premium, but the quality didn’t reflect the price point. We also waited over 45 minutes for our food, despite the venue only having a few tables seated at the time. My schnitzel was underwhelming — a very small portion, less than a quarter of a chicken breast, served cold and completely unseasoned. We were really hoping for a memorable dinner, and the evening had such a promising start. We’re sharing this feedback in the hope that it’s taken constructively and that the consistency and quality of the main dishes is reviewed.
