The Sauce brewery has a sunny beer garden, delicious beers and the staff were amazing! Great recommendations, good taco’s, and just a lovely ambiance. We’ll definitely be back.
Sauce Brewing Co continues to be one of my favourite local breweries. The Pacific Ale is a regular go-to — light, crisp, and well balanced, making it an easy, sessionable beer that works in just about any setting. Today I was recommended the Simcoe Smash – Pale Ale, and it absolutely delivered. Clean and expressive, it really lets the Simcoe hop shine with fresh hop character that’s flavourful without being overpowering. Simple in concept, executed extremely well. What really sets Sauce apart is how genuinely family-friendly it is. We have a two-year-old, and it’s one of the few places where we can comfortably park the pram, relax, and let him toddle around safely with plenty of space. Watching the planes fly overhead is always a highlight for him. A big thank you to the lovely staff, who are consistently warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind to our little boy. Great beer, great space, and a place that truly feels like part of the community. 🍺👦
Sauce never fails to impress. Beer aside, the taco's from Uncle Aye-Jays food truck are incredible, especially the beef & pork options (loved the spicy pineapple coriander sauce). The boys are cool and fun. Food Highly Recommended.
Big outdoor space, food truck. Phenomenal imperial stout! - “blackforest” with hints of cherry - like Gunners Daughter for those from New England.. Friendly staff, good vibe, bigger than Mixtape. My 2 faves in the area.
Great brewery! The staff is nice and helpful, though without being overly enthusiastic.. all the beers on tap, which were plenty, were their own! That's rare nowadays! And the range and quality was impressive! There was an inside space and an outside with a covered heated area. There's also a food truck, permanent I guess, with rather good food! I would definitely recommend a visit!
