Sunday dinner. 2 off us got lamb chops and T bone medium. The meat was tougher than leather chips ok mushroom gravy. Nice good service friendly but the meat was terrible sorry expect better quality impossible to cut the lamb with a knife could not even bite into it t bone the same struggle to cut left it packed the meat in paper took home for the dogs. They loved it

Our first visit to this lovely hotel bistro, food AMAZING, we had sirloin and barramundi and the spring rolls were to die for. Wonderful experience, highly recommend. Came back 5 days later and it was wonderful as expected had linguine bolognese and husband had the steak again. This hotel never disappoints.

Another great night at the Gage Hurlstone Park, the staff are so lovely & the chef is a genius, I didn't think my steak could be any better that last week, but again outstanding, this is definitely our go to place now..

I had a really good time here. The steak was delicious and cooked just right. The cocktail was also great. The staff were super friendly, and the manager made sure everything went smoothly. The service was excellent from start to finish. I’d definitely come back!

Been frequenting Hurlstone park hotel since I've moved into the area. They have a good happy hour deal ($6 schooners from 4-6pm) and had reasonably priced food. The initial food quality here was actually really good. The happy hour deal along with food quality made me come here more often rather than visiting their competitor Gladstone hotel down the road. Unfortunately they decided to subcontract out their bistro to Gage dining. Much more annoying to order food now if you're at the sports bar. The new menus look tacky and old fashioned compared to the original ones. You used to be able to order food at the bar and have it delivered to your seating table but now have to leave the bar to go to the bistro and pick up your own food. Really liked their pizza before but they've removed this option now. Had the braised beef linguine tonight and it lacked flavour. I've tried dining with the Gage dining bistro at the Ashfield hotel and the food was just below average there. Disappointed how the changes have been rolled out.
