Loveeee the burger, best we’ve had. Friendly staff and cool vibe. We also love to visit the food truck @ mountain culture in Emu Plains. Good to get takeaway and sit at a lookout.
Total disappointment! Ordered on uber eats from this place for the first and definitely last time. Food took ages to prepare. A burger that costs $22 you’d expect was pretty good. When I opened the box, the chips not just cold but freezing. Absolutely unacceptable. The burger was TINY!! And I could make one better with my eyes closed. Not to mention the stomach cramps after eating it. Didn’t finish it as it was that disappointing, straight in the bin. I wouldn’t even give to the birds as I love animals too much. The amount of rock salt poured over the chips, I’ll be lucky to not end up with hypertension. The burger looked sad, no flavour, chunky lard in the patty too. Gross. I’m Sorry but if this place is run by a chef, I’m Michael Jackson.
Stopped by 8 Things Eatery while visiting Katoomba and it was a great casual lunch spot. The place has a cool, relaxed vibe with a world-map theme and you can see the kitchen in action which adds to the atmosphere. We ordered the Singapore Laksa and the NYC Cheeseburger, both were really tasty and nicely presented. The laksa had great flavour and the burger with fries hit the spot after a morning exploring the Blue Mountains. Prices are a little on the higher side and there’s a Sunday surcharge, but overall a solid place to grab a meal if you’re in the area.
Laksa was delicious! Just like Singapore. The sambal sauce added that extra favor hit. Quite busy but short wait for a table as it more of eat and go restaurant
Ridiculously good! Everything was perfect and it honestly blew our minds. Cheers to the talented team of lady chefs
