Lunas

I’ve been to Luna’s a couple of times, and I’m continually blown away by the food. The serving sizes are decent, the flavours are next level, and the staff are all lovely. Whenever I go back to a café or restaurant, I always try to have something different so I can sample as many different things as possible and try to minimise the food envy that others order! 😉 So far, I’ve had the Chourico Scramble with the meat having a lovely smoky flavour and the eggs nice and fluffy. The last time I was there, I went for the House Smoked Salmon. It was equally as delicious and while I like roquette, there was an awful lot of it. Was worth digging through to get to the salmon, generous portions with the different accompaniments adding some interesting flavour bursts. Luna’s does get busy on the weekends so if you’re going past and see the footpath and inside tables full, don’t be worried as there is a large outdoor area out the back. I’ll be back…..again 😊

I visited Lunas a few times in the past, they always served us with delicious food and nice attitude. I had a dinner party with my friends here on Friday night and everyone was happy. Clementine is a host in your dream, thanks to her the party went smoothly and delightful. Maybe it’s the wine talking but I think the food we received that night has been a huge improvement from what I remembered. This is definitely a hidden gem in inner west, if you are trying to find a place for your next gathering, talk to clementine and you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful place, beautiful people. Coffee is great. Pancakes were ok a bit sweet and dry - the custard bit was amazing.

Came here to celebrate a birthday and try some Portuguese food. Nice atmosphere and good service. Portuguese spatchcock worth a try. The bechamel bacalhau was so delicious! Very reasonably priced.
