Shuk Bondi

I would like to commend the chef and staff at this establishment. I ordered the green bowl and it didn't disappoint. Ever element on the plate was fresh, tasty and has its own taste and flavour. Furthermore, each of these flavours were enhanced by the other elements. I was very pleasantly surprised and would rate this bowl as one of the best I've ever had. My daughter ordered the avocado toast and also found it excellent in taste, portion size and presentation. A great little place to chill and enjoy the atmosphere, food and service. xo

We stayed close by and spent most mornings in Shuk, the service and food selection is brilliant!!!! They get busier on a weekend but are quick to get you seated. The cinnamon scrolls are delicious and the specials are amazing. if we venture back to Aus we will be definitely making a visit. Benjamin is lovely Thanks making our holiday better

No menus were provided for our booked table when we arrived, the barcode on the table was totally missed. When greeting the young waiter with a hello and how are you he asked if I was speaking to him. 🤔 he proceeded to take a break and eat some breakfast and post videos of himself eating. The service experience since our last visit has dropped severely. The pancakes were good, the coffee was good and we all generally enjoyed our meals. The weird service experience left us all certain this would not be a return visit for us in the future

My wife and I came to Shuk for brunch this Sunday morning. We each ordered a main course, and she ordered coffee, but the coffee was supposed to arrive before the food, which didn't happen, and only arrived when we were already eating. So we asked to cancel, but we had already paid. In the end, we asked the manager if there was any possibility of getting a pastry from the display case to replace the coffee, and with a smile on his face he said yes, of course, and that we could get not just one, but two pastries due to the delay in the coffee, showing great professionalism and demonstrating what it means to be a good manager. The food was extremely good and the atmosphere super cool! We will return many more times and we highly recommend it. Cheers!

As an Israeli, I can say the falafel taste authentic. The pastries are incredible. The salads and everything else that I had there was so good. The people are so nice. I highly recommend this gem of a place.
