I live in Melbourne, but I came to Sydney for a concert and visited this cafe for the first time after a friend recommended it. And… wow. I’ve been to so many cafes in Melbourne, but I don’t think I’ve ever had coffee this smooth and full of flavour. I was genuinely blown away by how good it was. If you love coffee, you have to come here! I ordered the Home Garden Breakfast, and the food came out quickly and was incredibly fresh. Carrots, spinach, mushrooms, potatoes, hash browns, tomatoes.. I think there was more anyways it was so many different elements, and every single one was cooked to perfection. The waitress was so kind and welcoming, always smiling, and the service was fast and attentive. She was a soft talker and very gentle and cute haha I sat on the inside, by the wooden wall, and the cute little decorations made the space feel warm, cozy, and full of charm. After I finished and stepped outside, I even noticed a soft cushion and a water bowl set up for dogs next to the bench — absolutely adorable. Thank you for giving me such an unforgettable coffee and such a wonderful experience here in Sydney. Highly, highly recommend!

Update: I standby my review. There was one person in the kitchen and the fans were noisy and not efficient. There were no more than four customers. Your rudeness exposes the shortcomings of your service. Staff were friendly but service was very slow, particularly given they weren’t! Whilst the food looked ok it wasn’t our thing: don’t like my eggs and everything on my plate swimming in oil. And, we really didn’t like sitting inside with no fans and cooking oil burning! Not sure what the hype is, maybe an off morning? 🤷‍♀️

What a nice coffee shop! It's very cozy and the staff is polite. Delicious coffee and a shockingly amazing Korean bibimbap--maybe the best I've ever had! They also have wifi which is nice but no power outlets for guests, so bring a power bank if you need to get work done!

First up, this was our first time here and we thought a great place to have a relaxing weekend brunch. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had croissant with chorizos and beef bibimbap bowl, both tasty and satisfying. Coffee was the best thing here, will come back just for it. We also liked the thoughtful touch of a small shoo-away fan on every table. However, they do need better ventilation inside - cooking oil smell stayed on our clothings and hats which we only noticed after getting into the car. Good food, but let down by poor kitchen ventilation.

Cafe Milestone Coogee has become a real favourite for me over the last few years. Wonderful range of great quality selections and reasonable prices. I often go for one of the many breakfast choices and every now and then enjoy their wonderful hearty Bibimbap. Especially like my own adapted version of Bibimbap 'Coogee-style' (with Avocado). The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoy reading their selection of newspapers from time to time. The coffee is really, really good and the orange juice is always freshly squeezed. Courteous and real friendly management and staff make Milestone an easy choice for brekkie, brunch or lunch.
