What is with you guys changing your loyalty schemes several times? I saved up my loyalty card for a free coffee, then it was deemed void when you moved to the QR code. Then I saved up enough with your QR code, and now it's void again because you're back to a card system. That's not how loyalty works!

Just had the stalest almond croissant of my life. Coffee was also very bubbly/frothy for a flat white and didn't fill the large cup size ordered, after previously really good experiences at this cafe this was a real let down overall. I appreciate the cafe component doesn't provide the croissant ordered, but was the facilitator of the order. 0/10 do not recommend.

I just LOVE how they give you a little brownie with your coffee, PLUS the brownie is BOMB! And the guy working outside is always so friendly, even tho I bet standing under that umbrella for 8 hours a day is not fun!

Overhyped & expensive. I walked all this way to get a coffee with a brownie because that's what apparently makes it worth the extra price, and when it was time to get mine, I saw an entire tray of coffees with brownies on top except mine. No explanation? I didn't want to be put in a position where I ask 'oh where's my brownie' but their entire branding is around these brownie pieces? It's on their social media and on the 3 signs at the front. I feel a bit ripped off and definitely won't be coming back. Their ordering and waiting queues are all over the place too so customers are forced to block footpaths.
