The food is alright a bit taking too long….. we’ve waited for about 30 mins for the main dishes…. A bit pricey too… the services are excellent tho!
Lovely meal at Sugarcane. Hadn’t eaten here for a few years and a few old favourites were still in the menu. Standout was the crispy cauliflower, amazing. I also had the hot & sour salad which is served Sam choy beau style this was good but quite spicy. Children’s blood plum rice meals were good and worth trying for adults :). Slight let down was the beef rendang which felt like it was missing some of its indo flavours, slightly gravy ish flavours. Staff were lovely to deal with and I’ll defo come back to try some of the specials.
This was recommended to us by locals and turned out to be a superb choice. The menu is a a pan-Asian mix of Thai favourites and other dishes from across Southeast Asia, with some Mexican bits thrown in. But it works. The food is superb. Tasty, well presented, and at a good price for the quality. There’s a good range of beers and wines on the menu, and staff were great. They were excellent at dealing with a request for gluten free for one person. A fantastic choose if you’re visiting Coogee.
Really tasty food. Roti incredible and all the sauces as well. Chicken some of the best I’ve had. Pricy but worth the price point.
A friend recommended we try the Trust Me menu after Bondi Coogee beach walk. So we trusted her and tried it and We loved it!!! Everything was delicious. Loved the starters bc they were so refreshing after the walk. We had the prawn cakes, king fish sashimi, and the salmon ceviche lettuce cups. Yum yum!
