Had dinner here last night,10 minute walk from home. So great to have a proper Neapolitan style pizzeria so close like Sorbillo in Naples which I loved on my last trip. Great ingredients, slightly charred base and crisp too, not soggy, well priced, good service, quick turnover if you want to be out in an hour or linger longer. Outdoor seating for a more European experience if you like that. Will be back and can definitely recommend!
Very unprofessional behaviour from the staff. I waited almost 20 minutes to pick up an Uber Eats order, while the staff seemed more occupied with video calls and joking around. During that entire time, no one showed any urgency to check on the order or provide any proper response. After making me wait for so long, they finally informed me that the preparation of the order had not even started yet. Extremely disappointing experience.
Lovely staff. Super nice. Food was amazing and plenty of it. Kids and adults very happy. Clean, amazing service and would definitely recommend and use again whilst in the area. Great value too.
Yesterday, Wednesday the 21st, in the late afternoon/early evening, I approached this restaurant with the sole purpose of politely asking for a napkin. I am a delivery driver, and at that moment I was wearing my work uniform since I was on duty; however, I was not there to pick up any order or delivery. As I approached the main entrance, the staff at the door and behind the bar saw me and, without letting me speak or explain myself, immediately tried to remove me from the place, saying that delivery drivers must use another entrance. I fully understand that, based on my clothing, they may have assumed I was there for a delivery, but that does not justify the way I was treated. It is worth mentioning that there is a sign at the main entrance indicating that delivery drivers should use another door—a sign that I clearly saw and understood. Even so, I approached only to ask for a simple favor. The reaction was immediate and very unpleasant. Only after asking them to calm down and explaining that I just needed a napkin did they finally give it to me. I left the place with a strong feeling of rejection, simply because of the job I do. I strongly believe that this is not how people should be treated, regardless of their profession or role. Respect and courtesy should be the foundation of any customer service, especially in a business. What happened reflects a clear lack of professionalism.
Amazing food, amazing service and amazing vibes! Their carbonara is super traditional and delicious, and their pizzas are loaded and woodfired! Such a good spot!
