Berry Memorial Park is a dog-friendly park where dogs are welcome on lead. You'll find shaded areas nearby, while IV Coffee is around 500 metres away for an easy post-walk coffee.
Dogs are welcome on-leash at Berry Memorial Park, a Shoalhaven City Council park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be kept on a lead and under effective control in public places throughout the Shoalhaven, except in Council's designated off-leash areas. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation areas.
Pleasant area to sit in shade and have lunch
Berry markets held here today, nice, friendly ,fresh air. Berry is an up coming Terrigal, Manly ,North Sydney atmosphere. Very yuppish now it was a nice quiet country town.
A great Park to visit
This park is like Berry a great place for a peaceful wander Berty itself gets busy on the weekends and holidays however during the week it is peaceful, the Berry garden club have done great job cleaning up the town creek, visit Berry the train trip is only a couple of hours from Central Railway Station, that train trip itself goes through a national park and other magnificent countryside including vistas of the ocean. Get off at Berry wander the big and little parks, there are cozy places to have morning tea and lunch then catch the train home, you wont be disappointed and I believe you will do the trip several times again.
The service was lovely but chairs put out on the road would be nice for the other attendants to sit and having that part of the road blocked off doesn't effect the houses that are near by because they can leave bugga the other way
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
