The Coffee Club - Norwest Business Park is a cafe in Castle Hill with outdoor seating. It hasn't yet been confirmed as dog-friendly, so it's best to check with the venue before visiting.
Great service by Bella always smiling and happy to help. Delicious food, nice outdoor seating area and dog friendly.
Came in on a Saturday around 10:30am and place is really busy but not as full. A few seats available. Parking - lots available outside Food pricing - very reasonable and comparable to others in the area. Variety - sufficient variety Service - no waiting, orders delivered on the table in no time. Staff - reasonably attentive and checked if anything we need more and if all's ok. Food quality - above average presentation and tastes good; nothing fancy - straight forward as ordered. Did not need addtl seasoning so it's good from the kitchen. Nice coffee. Maybe if anything.. the chairs and tables are a bit tired already.
We went to the coffee club recently and we left very disappointed. The food was good. The staff was friendly however at the register I needed to repeat my order four times before they understood what I wanted which was a red flag. When the food Came, two of the orders were correct two of the orders were wrong. Apart from this we had dirty plates and dirty glasses. Also, my daughter asked for some tomato sauce, she had to ask twice before they brought it. (And no the restaurant was not busy nor was it full) We then ordered for some “cronuts” and when they arrived they were inedible; we couldn’t even cut into them! They were so stale and hard as a rock so they took them away and microwaved them? The cakes were not fresh. I feel for business owners and we do our best to support them but they have to do the right thing by customers. Happy to pay a little more but please don’t serve us old stale desserts and provide clean plates and glasses.
I came into The Coffee Club this morning to meet a friend for breakfast. We’ve been coming here fairly regularly for years and it’s usually a great place to meet. I arrived a bit early and decided to grab something to eat before my friend arrived. I ordered a spinach and feta Danish, which was clearly priced at $7.90 (see photo). However, when it was put through the register, I was charged over $20. When I questioned it, the staff member told me the Danish was “actually $14.60”. I pointed out the advertised price, but in the end I cancelled the food order and just ordered a coffee instead. The coffee was $6. I handed over a $100 note and was given $65 change. I politely explained that the change was incorrect and should have been $94. The staff member then had to use a calculator to work out $100 minus $6. Between the incorrect pricing and the incorrect change, I was really disappointed with the service today. I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, but this experience left a lot to be desired.
Went to The Coffee Club this morning with a friend. We had two cappuccinos with banana bread. The coffee was really, really good. The ambience was perfect, very calm and pleasant. Staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Overall, a great experience. ☕️✨
