Heirloom – Mosman (Avenue Rd) Tucked into the neighbourhood, this one feels like a proper local spot — the kind of place people come back to. On bar: La Marzocco Linea PB, paired with Mahlkönig E80 and EK43. Brew methods: espresso and batch brew. Solid coffee, good food, and an easy, welcoming vibe — nothing over the top, just done right.

Barista openly made fun of my name in front of customers as it came up on a HeyYou order. Super disappointing after being a loyal customer for a number of years. Would hope for a friendlier experience for others.

Such a great little spot! Our group of 5 all loved our meals and coffees/drinks (the iced chocolate is delicious!). And to top it off the service was really good. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Owner rude to his staff. He snatched the iPad out of the waiter's hands aggressively when there was an accidental error in our coffee order and he was trying to fix it for us. The poor waiter was flat out and trying his best with how busy he was. I was so uncomfortable that we decided to not have our coffee dine-in and left. Won't be back. You'll need to learn to control your aggressive behaviour during busy times if you want to retain customers.
