Brett Park is a harbourside park in Drummoyne with a cafe, a playground, BBQ facilities and lovely water views. Dogs are allowed off-leash in a designated section, on-leash elsewhere, so it is worth checking the signage for the area and any hours. There is shade, grass and parking on hand for a comfortable visit. A pleasant waterfront park with an off-leash section.

Dog rules

–Weekdays: before 5
–On leash outside these hours
–Designated timed off-leash area at the flat area opposite Sisters Crescent. Dogs may be off-leash before 9am and after 5pm only. At all other times dogs must be on-leash. Dogs must be under effective control at all times. Source: City of Canada Bay — local off-leash areas list

Pretty basic but lots of room. And it’s quiet which I like.

One of the big park in the area. Not much crowded in the morning. Good place for recreation and fitness.

Great place for recreation and exercise on the shores of a Parramatta River inlet. Adjoining the 7k Bay Run around the bay and across Iron Cove bridge. Council BBQs available, free, electric operated.

Lovely park, with a great view of the harbour. Can be very busy with traffic around but still a nice place to relax.
