First of all, I saw someone comment about putting the leftover salad back in the salad bowl, which is just lying without any evidence. The staff here are hardworking and dedicated, and all the food and coffee are very affordable. They use the freshest ingredients every day. How can someone bully others' hard work in such a vicious way just because they have different nationalities? Not seeing other people's efforts and using false statements to bully the staff because of personal reasons - the store has cameras and all work is monitored. Why discriminate against hardworking people of different skin colors and races at the bottom? Australia is a friendly and inclusive country. Seeing such comments makes me sad; it goes against what this country should be about.
Saw a staff member going through left over salad off plates - picking them out and putting them back in the metal tubs with the fresh unused ingredients - truely shocking . Used to be a fantastic place unfortunately has gone down hill. Staff also declined.
One of the best coffee spots I’ve been to! The coffee is perfectly brewed every time – rich, smooth, and full of flavour. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with plenty of cosy spots to sit and relax. The staff are incredibly friendly and always remember your order, which makes every visit feel personal. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality coffee and great vibes!
Nice food and excellent coffee. The place was full when we got there, but the staff was all very friendly and helpful while we wait.
Handy little open air cafe located at the entrance to their well known homewares store at Birkenhead Point. Good selection of sweet treats, sandwiches and wraps in glass display cabinet. There's also a menu for sit down patrons with a few more made to order toasted sandwiches. Prices are average, bordering on premium. Quality is good. It's a good place to catch a break from shopping.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
