Lost my car keys in the park the other day, without going to the kiosk to ask had they been handed in I would never have thought to post it on the SP Facebook page. Thankfully the lovely man behind making coffees gave me the advice the keys were found and I got them back the next day. While at the kiosk asking if they had been handed in, the lady offered me coffee or a bottle of water for free as I was so visibly upset (the car is a rental 😅) I went back today to thank them for their help & was offered another free coffee! These guys are great, always such a happy vibe when I walk my dog past here everyday !

Asked about closing time and were told 3 pm. Returned at 2:20 pm and were told by staff that only coffee was available and the kitchen was already closed. Based on that information, we had to leave, run back to the car in the rain, and go elsewhere. Update: The business replied saying food was still available. However, when we arrived at 2:20 pm, two male staff members clearly told us only coffee was available. At no point were we informed that pastries, sausage rolls, or pies were still being served. This review reflects our experience at the time of our visit. The issue was miscommunication, not the weather or how long the business had been open earlier in the day.

Sam who works at the kiosk is lovely and remembers my order exactly (which is unique) just based on my face. He can make the Hell Yeah sandwich toastie a vegan option which is delish. So helpful! No problems to modify an order
