If negative ratings were possible, this place would definitely earn one. I’ve never written a bad review before, but this was by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered.

Visited this café on Tuesday around 1:30 PM and had a really disappointing experience. I told one of the female staff members that I had a metro to catch in 5 minutes and politely asked if she could make a regular chai latte as quickly as possible. Instead of helping, she rudely said she couldn’t make it and refused to take my order. I used to get my coffee from this café regularly, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back. What’s the point of running a café if you can’t make one simple coffee in 5 minutes — and treat your regular customers so poorly? Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

Went to buy a charging cable due to my one breaking on my commute and with really low phone battery. The woman who serviced me was very rude. She gave me a box that was damaged and then had attitude when I politely told her the cable wasn't working, saying it must be my phone that's the problem. Overall terrible service and atmosphere that seems to be the norm, considering multiple other reviews experiencing similar unfriendliness.
