The Avara Restaurant is in a bright and cheerful space. There are excellent views of the river available, not only from the terrace but also inside tables as well! The terrace is very conveniently mainly glassed in, so it's protected from the elements. The meals were great... fresh, tasty and decent portions! Overall it's an excellent way to spend a lazy, sunny afternoon by the river!😉🥂👌

During our stay at the Novotel the night before our flight, we decided to eat at the Rowers based on the reviews, and it was a great choice. We tried the summer special, which was the surf and turf. The steak was perfectly cooked and the salad was fresh. Overall, the meal was excellent and the price was affordable, the portion sizes were so generous that neither of us could finish. To top it off, we were welcomed by very friendly staff and the view over the river was magnificent. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are staying at the Novotel, as it is just a few minutes' walk away

The food here was tasty and there was plenty to choose from on the menu. We were a table of five and all our meals came out together, which was great. They also have a decent cocktail menu. The place is quite big, so with only a few people around it felt a bit quiet and the atmosphere was a little flat – I imagine it would be much better when it’s busy. Still, we had a really enjoyable night.

I've been to Avara / Rowers on cook a few times now and booked a 15 person lunch. They're phenomenon! The venue manager Bulan did an incredible job. Food, atmosphere and venue are first class I highly recommend it! We will be back
