Look if you like tiki drinks go here, as soon as you’re able to. It’s great, it’s classic in the right ways and original in others, and its fun as hell. I recommend the Funky Alexander! For those who aren’t a fan of loud music, go earlier in the opening hours! In my experience it got louder as the evening progressed
Legit one of the best bars in Sydney. This hidden gem provides entertainment, the best music, and the most friendly staff I’ve experienced in Sydney. A little slice of Tiki madness in Sydney’s favourite suburb! Shout out to Sam who made my birthday night exceptionally special.
First time coming in and really impressed. Awesome vibe, great design- just so cool! Cocktails looked and tasted great, Was immediately greeted happily by a man with a beard and the lovely girl with blonde hair who served me was so sweet. will definitely be coming back!!
i was very impressed when i first stepped into the establishment as the vibe was immaculate: the lights were dim and the music was good, although it was a little loud. however, one of the drinks we ordered (the sunset cooler) tasted like it had minimal alcohol and was basically tasted like a kombucha. i raised this issue to the bartender after waiting for them to finish serving other customers, and he offered to make a stronger version. when i requested for him to do so, he said that the drink already had 2 shots and we would have to pay for the additional alcohol to make it stronger. i found this quite upsetting as bars of this standard and price point are usually more than willing to adjust or make a new drink should the drink made be not up to standard. additionally both cocktails were chock full of ice. mildly disappointed to say the least
This intimate bar has a relaxed, welcoming feel and seriously good cocktails. The mixologists are sharp, and the drink menu is both fun and refined. A cool little hangout for catching up or unwinding. Definitely a spot to revisit.
