La Ricetta Ristorante Italiano Enmore is a cafe in Enmore with outdoor seating. It hasn't yet been confirmed as dog-friendly, so it's best to check with the venue before visiting.
Food was amazing, service was great, though extra busy for a Friday. Bit too cold for outside tables in June. One of few places where the staff don't constantly interrupt conversations between guests, just to ask if 'everything' is okay and if they can get anything for the table. Parking in the shockingly narrow Enmore residential streets however 🙄 a minefield ! No customer parking for 99% of the businesses in the area and the heavy traffic is likely due to customers circuiting kms of streets just to park in order to have dinner. Parking officers are working the streets till the evening hours. Food and service at this Italian restaurant was worth it.
So great to find authentic Italian food with great service, comfortable seating, white tablecloths and no noise! Plus reasonable prices and tons of GLUTEN FREE options! Lots of classic Italian dishes that most places don’t offer eg swordfish, all the classic pastas (all with gf option) and wonderful desserts. Second visit and will be making it a regular.
I've been going here for years andeveryone I bring raves about the food! I haven't tried anything on the menu that wasn't yum. A must try is the fried stuffed olives. Everything is totally worth it. I would always recommend booking a table if you can, or call ahead on the day. I'm Coeliac and feel very catered for, most of the menu can be done gluten free. I've worked my way through most of the menu, so enjoy photos of all the food over the years.
If you’re after a great family run homely style Italian eatery, this is it. They are hard to find these days and are one of my favourite types of places to eat. The food, service and atmosphere is fabulous. We tried the bruschetta, simple ingredients that were all super fresh and tasty and delicious, then garlic prawns; again, so so good, and then the lasagne and a seafood risotto - absolutely perfect- we loved everything. The service takes it up another level - thank you for a wonderful evening!
We deliberately waited until the day after to write this, just to make sure this wasn’t hunger or excitement talking, and honestly it still stands. This is hands down my favourite Italian restaurant in Sydney. Possibly my favourite restaurant in Sydney, full stop (and that’s saying a lot given I’m usually biased towards Asian food). My Italian girlfriend and I were both thoroughly impressed. The food was outstanding, comforting, generous, and clearly made with care. The minestrone in particular was everything you want it to be: hearty, deeply flavourful, and genuinely nostalgic. It honestly felt like eating at Nonna’s. Portions were great, pricing was very fair, and the menu was extensive — it was a bit overwhelming, but definitely in the best way! Please keep it as it is (or make it even longer), we loved the variety! What really sets this place apart though is how it’s run. The service was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. Attentive without being overbearing. The whole place has a relaxed, local ambience that makes you want to stay longer than planned. We feel genuinely blessed to have discovered this hidden gem. It’s going to take a lot for another restaurant in Sydney to surpass this experience. To the owners — thank you so much for hosting me and my girlfriend last night. We felt incredibly welcome and will absolutely be back. We’re hoping to become local regulars. We even made a pact to try everything on the menu, so that’ll definitely take a few visits. See you again very soon!
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
