OMG the splendour is worth the spend. Gorgeous views from almost every table. There's also a fabulous outdoor covered verandah with lounges and the best views. Great service by Mountain locals and excellent champagne choices. I'm going back!

Such a great spot Chef Viraj’s cooking really stands out. The food is creative, full of flavor, and clearly made with a lot of care. Every dish feels thoughtfully done without being overcomplicated. It’s the kind of place you leave already thinking about your next visit.

The moment you step in, you’re greeted with absolutely breathtaking views of the Blue Mountains — the kind of view that makes you just pause and take it all in. The food was wonderful, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Every dish felt thoughtful and well-made. But what really made the experience special was the service. A special mention to Keely — our lovely waitress — who was genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive. She even took her time to help us capture photos together, and did it with patience and a smile. In my online booking, I had requested a small birthday surprise — a little dessert plate with my girlfriend’s name — and the team delivered it perfectly. It felt personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. This entire experience made our day feel truly memorable. If you’re looking for somewhere to celebrate something special — or simply want to enjoy great food with a spectacular view — I highly recommend Echoes. We will definitely be back. 💛

Excellent place to dine with a view! Service was amazing, food came out pretty quick for fine dining and was very tasty! Ordered - - Marinated fresh East Coast Yellowfin Tuna 👌🏻 - Farmed Yamba Prawns & Cured Rainbow Trout 👌🏻 - Aromatic Roasted Duck Breast 👌🏻 - Char-Grilled Australian Wagyu 👌🏻 - Seasonal Citrus Tart 👍 - Poached Apple 👌🏻 (3 courses $120 PP) Even had a live pianist playing while you dine!

A breath taking view of blue mountain from the table. The seafood salad starter was great. The steak was well grilled and soft. The chocolate ice cream was very creamy. However, the food just a bit salty so if you don’t like salty taste, tell the waiter when you order food.
