beautiful breakfast and drinks. service was amazing! the servers were so kind and attentive. the chefs made the most amazing and beautiful food. the black forest pancakes were a bit dry but the cherry sauce moistened it up. the food came very quickly. the servings were a bit on the smaller side, especially for the cost. however, i think it pays for itself by the gardens being free. they were truly magical. the scented garden was my favourite an it completely enveloped you in its aroma. the kitchen garden was also lovely and it was amazing to see how closely the restaurant was working with fresh produce. there was also a sauna in the garden which looked so sweet and fitted with the general vibe.

The Botanica is an absolute hidden gem in Vaucluse and a must visit for everyone! I have never had such a peaceful and well cared for dining experience than we had here with Federico, Sara and the team! The food is out of this world and the presentation is just stunning! It's so clear how much care and passion goes into their food and the experience they offer customers! This was our first visit but most definitely won't be our last! The Kingfish starter is just perfection and the Duck with blueberry sauce is up there with one of the best dishes I have ever tasted topped off with the Apple Pie and Panna Cotta desserts, it just doesn't get any better! A perfect conclusion to a perfect experience!

I brought my mum here for a celebratory lunch and we loved it! The food was absolutely beautiful and fresh our favourites were the oysters and the chicken, all the sides were delicious too. The setting is stunning and the atmosphere is perfect for any special occasion. I’ve celebrated a few events here, including Mother’s Day and it’s always such a memorable experience. The team are so warm and welcoming and everything from the drinks to the desserts are amazing. Cannot wait to come back again soon!

Our experience at this restaurant was a mix of highs and lows. We reached out prior to our visit regarding dietary restrictions via social media and phone. Unfortunately, the response was vague and unhelpful social media messages were left unread, and the phone reply was blunt without clarification what meals we could have. We had booked in advance and were excited to visit, as the venue looked stunning online and it truly does in person. The restaurant is beautifully presented, and the ambiance is impressive. However, the food left much to be desired for the price tag. The portion sizes were small, with two pieces of bread smaller than my palm costing $16, which felt steep. I personally didn’t enjoy the calamari, though tastes vary. The highlights were the wagyu and chips, which were excellent. Despite this, I left feeling hungry even after spending $150. Additionally, we had mentioned that it was a birthday celebration, but there was no gesture from the restaurant to acknowledge this (the lady did which me it at the door), a small sweet would have been cute. While this isn’t always expected, it would have enhanced the overall experience. Overall, the venue is beautiful and some dishes stand out, but the combination of small portions, high prices made this visit disappointing.

The Botanica was absolutely incredible. I hosted my friends hens there and it was perfection. To begin with Sara was the most helpful and responsive contact I’ve come across. She made the whole process so simple and really accommodated wherever possible. On the day of the event, all the guests continued to comment on how incredible their experience was. The food, drinks and venue itself was an immediate stand out. The venue itself captures an elegant but fun aura. Sara and the team assisted with us bringing in our own decor to enhance the already incredible canvas. They were also considerate of all dietary needs and any last minute changes. The team there were welcoming and very kind. As a venue that ticks so many boxes, the Botanica in Vaucluse did not disappoint.
