Mark Moran Vaucluse is a cafe in Vaucluse with outdoor seating. It hasn't yet been confirmed as dog-friendly, so it's best to check with the venue before visiting.
What a spot to put an old age home. Located near the beautiful cliffs on Sydney, although opposite the road is a cemetery. I find this quite disgusting, although beautiful at the same time. The metaphor of the elderly going out on their balcony to take a look at where they shall go within the next years to come. Also got spat on by an elderly woman therefore 2/5 stars
A luxurious Retirement Complex, built on the grounds of former Vaucluse High School. Its very well equipped and maintained. 1st class facilities - cafe, restaurant, terrace relaxation area, art room as well as a cinema and indoor pool. A 24hr concierge and nurses on stand by. The downside is that it is located immediately across the street from a cemetary.
Better than your average environment. Cmon, this is Vaulcluse! What do you expect?
Recently I went to visit my fiend’s mum in Mark Moran nursing home. I was amazed at the entry. It doesn’t fit my image about nursing home. It looks like a reception of a big hotel. Passing the reception, I came to a hall with high ceiling and beautiful decoration. Through the glass windows, can see beautiful blue sky. A nice coffee shop there. I had coffee and cake. I saw many families members came to visit their parents or grandparents. They sit and talk at the lounge or table. Everyone looks so happy. I wish I could have enough saving to go there when I get old.
Elegance on top of elegance. Coincidently across the road from a cemetery, ironically impossible to get into unless you booked the plot 75 years ago. Strewn with cafes, water gardens, spacious corridors and a lobby to rival a 5 start hotel. The short walks around the neighborhood come with the most stunning city views to the west and ocean views to the east. The service for guests seemed very friendly and the residents I encountered were equally personable. If ever there was a God's waiting room, this is where you want it to be.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
