Bear Espresso Bar

Cute little cafe with a very friendly barista. I ordered a vanilla matcha for myself and a flat white for my boyfriend. I was a little disappointed as the matcha wasn’t to my liking but my boyfriend did enjoy his flat white.

I visited this Cafe last Friday for lunch, and honestly, it left an extremely deep impression on me. From the interior decoration to the overall design, you can truly feel the care and thought the owner has put into the place. The whited coffee I ordered was hands down one of the best coffees I’ve ever had in Sydney. I didn’t write this review immediately because I’ve always believed that a long black is the best way to judge the true quality of a Cafe’s coffee. As you can see, I’m giving this place five stars for its coffee without hesitation after I had today. Of course, it’s not just about the coffee, the service and the atmosphere were also excellent. A truly wonderful place that I would happily return to.

Today was a hot day, very hot in fact. This little coffee spot was a cool oasis serving lovely drinks with a friendly vibe. I enjoyed a signature cold brew drink, which comes with a fruity twist. It was delicious!

Great coffee with a cozy place to relax. The flat white has a nice hint of strawberry, 10/10! The strawberry matcha jam is also really good.

I had a few meetings near Central today and walked past a "Now Open" sign at Bear Espresso Bar. It looks fairly new, and after speaking to the owner, I found out it was their first week. Had a latte whilst taking a couple of work calls. Really good vibe and it's more of a "chillax" environment. The coffee was done perfectly, with the beans having a hint of cocoa, which went well with the milk. Will come again for sure, might even be my daily stopover whilst having meetings in the area. Highly recommended.
