Pepe's On The Beach is a pub in North Wollongong with an outdoor area. Dog access isn't confirmed, but venues with an outdoor area are often dog friendly, so it may be worth checking. Just 200m away, JP Galvin Park is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.

Travelled 1hr to Wollongong and got pursuaded to come in to Pepe’s as how it’s located at the beachfront. Poor customer service, came in 10mins before they are able to take lunch orders. How about take the order already and prepare in 10mins? Rather than letting customer go back and forth at the counter. Just a suggestion 😊 Place is unhygeinic for a restaurant. Tables were dusty and wood floors were greasy. We saw a dead cockroach and killed one 😂 Food portion is generous but sadly nothing special. I know you can do better than this. Hopefully!

Food is okay with a good view of the beach. However, serving time is quite slow probably during peak hours.

booked for 10 and arrived to nobody at the desk, someone just said "sit wherever". there were no tables for 10. there were pieces of tables and we had to drag them over and join them up although in an L shape. Other guests that were not with us gave up their table and moved to a smaller one. The tables were filthy. Bar staff were very nice and friendly. other staff non existent. glad I didn't bother paying for a "special private cabana" or anything. it was all dirty and worn out. Food was good and drink options also decent. Music was at a good level. Not many people stayed for long - and I can see why.

The place really needs a good clean and some maintenance. The cabana tables were dirty and damaged, and the heater coils in the cabana weren’t working. Service was quite slow, with only two bar staff on despite how busy it was. Considering the high prices for food and drinks, I expected better upkeep and overall experience. Money definitely needs to be invested into doing the place up.

The food here was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast outside, paired with a refreshing glass of Prosecco. The only downside was the cleanliness of the facilities—the bathrooms were not up to standard, which keeps this from a 5-star rating. Still, I’d highly recommend this place for the incredible food!
