Kangaroo Point Reserve is a dog-friendly park in Soldiers Point. Just 300m away, Cheeky Dog is a great nearby spot to relax with your dog after a walk.
Dog rules
All Council reserves that are not off-lead or prohibited are dog on-lead areas. Dogs must be under the effective control of a competent person by means of an adequate chain or leash at all times. You are not permitted to walk more than 4 dogs at any one time. Dog owners must remove all dog faeces — fines of $275 apply. Some construction going on, but we went on a Saturday at midday and there were next to no people. Brilliant sandy beach, minimal waves due to its position geographically. Very nice. Views are amazing. Toilets and showers there
This is a very nice place for a relaxing walk it is very quite most of the time we have had the beach to ourselves😊
