2315 Bar at Fortress Sydney

Like a scene right out of Cyberpunk 2077, Bar 2315 sets the vibes from the second you walk through the doors, the music an almost psychedelic take on the techno genre, the atmosphere rich in design, and full of creative intentionality, and lastly but not least a host of original cocktails that will make your head spin in the best of ways. My partner and I had the fortune of being served by Angela, and allowed her the opportunity to figure out what original cocktail we wanted to try when she realised we were having a hard time choosing (all the options seemed too good). She honestly could not have made better recommendations, we both loved our drinks and how they felt precisely tailored to our individual tastes. Our night there was capped by a wonderful conversation with Angela about the in depth process that goes into the creation of these cocktails and I honestly cannot wait to go back, strike up another conversation, and enjoy a drink that felt like it was made just for me. Had a delightful experience at 2315. The staff are next level - very friendly, very knowledgeable about their spirits, fabulous with bespoke recommendations and very accommodating. We were treated to a light show - courtesy of Angela, who recommended the Dyson Sphere (fire pretty and extremely tasty. Highly recommend). Particular shout out to Angela and Brian. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Would recommend and come again.

We asked for bartender's choice & the bartender Rory was absolutely fantastic, his engagement & the quality of the drinks were the best I've ever experienced. I got two custom cocktails & my mates all got some to, every single one was unique, interesting & delicious

Our cocktail master Brian was so great! He guided us through each of the 4 cocktails we tried at our cocktail tasting session and it really helped us identify the flavour profiles! Really super experience, I would recommend doing the mini cocktail tasting session. Was super fun, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
