Dinner at the Prince of Merewether for a bit of an occasion . The food was very good based on Pub standards.. Shared a Chicken Pate for entree and the main we shared a Chile prawn linguine and Salt and pepper squid All dishes were excellent and the Service was absolutely brilliant with Rowena being very helpful and friendly.. the kitchen was very good as half of this duo is allergic to garlic so they handle the menu change without a problem Travelling with the the Starrs gives the Prince of Merewether ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ based on Pub fare…

Took my children to the Prince for my son's 14th birthday. He wanted the Wagyu, I had the rib eye on the bone and my daughter had the eye fillet, all done medium rare. They were cooked perfectly! The triple cooked potatoes were divine and the salad that my daughter had was delicious. The chefs are brilliant and made the night extra special. I really appreciated all the staff we spoke to, saying "Happy Birthday" to my son, it meant a lot that they made the effort to make him feel good. All of the food we had was beautiful and we'll be going back.

Wow, the prince of merewether on a Tuesday evening is a vibe. Tuesday Steak and schitty special with $18 vegan option schnitzel and $20 vegan option parmy. No vegan tax, how great 🤙 Vegan option steamed green beans were delicious, though there was heaps, definitely to share, or a whole main for one person, with garlic salt. The vegan cheese on the pizzas is fantastic as well though I didn't have it this time. Trivia at 7 30 and the place was packed downstairs at 6pm, upstairs was full by 7. Definitely reserve a table. Commanding a prime location on glebe road in Merewether it's almost surprising that they don't slack off when it comes to precision with their food offerings. I look forward to tasting more.

Absolutely beautiful dinner. Everything was delicious especially the Truffled Burrata Pizza and Triple Cooked Potatoes. Reasonable price and good quality foods and the atmosphere was great! However, the staffs were not attentive as they didn’t communicate well when serving foods or ask if we have already finished before clearing the plates. Not sure they were tired or not feeling well, but we felt very uncomfortable.

The variety of food selection was fantastic. Had the Rib Eye cooked medium/rare and salad with a mushroom sauce. Top notch. The rest of the patrons in our party loved their selection. Plenty of food hitting above the pub grade quality.
