Another mesmerising viewing spot for the Opera house and the Harbour Bridge, Paid on road parking spots and the road leads to the famous Luna Park. Just breathtaking views 😍 ✨️ Has a wharf nearby that provides ferry ⛴️ services to/from the circular quay (for the Opera house) quite conveniently
Small oark with view to the opera, the CBD skyline and harbour bridge on the other side. Some impressive trees with humongous roots on the slopes towards harbour bridge and a pavilion providing some shade if needed. Also harbours an art piece. For the most scenic view to both opera house and harbour bridge, move a bit further to the Luna Park side - then you have both in the frame.
Excellent spot for city views over harbour. Good for vivid lights and fireworks.
It has attractions to watch, such as the main stadium. You can't get inside unless there is an event happening. The Olympic lamp is now located outside the stadium. There are volunteer pillars that contain all the names of the volunteers who helped make the Olympic event successful. There are also big towers and a water management system. This place has wonderful scenery. You can hire a bike and climb the small mountain, which has an abundance of wildlife. It is highly recommended for cycling. It is very convenient to go there as there is a train station and a bus station. You can hire a bike there, but it is a little expensive, around 30 to 50 AUD, depending on how much time you hire it.
Great quiet location with fantastic views of the Bridge and Opera House. Ok for done light show- in reverse.
